Two weeks or more for weekday events, three to four weeks for weekends. Saturdays and the November–December stretch fill earliest. If your date is sooner than that, still ask — cancellations happen and we'll tell you straight away what's possible.
Yes. Audio visual and flat screens are built into the party room, so slide decks, training sessions, photo slideshows and highlight reels all work without extra rentals. Let us know what you're presenting from and we'll have it sorted before you arrive.
Yes — bring your cake, cupcakes, balloons, banners and centerpieces. Mention it when you book so we can build setup time into your slot and have the room ready when you walk in.

Yes, free parking is available on site at 1535-E South Novato Blvd. Guests coming from San Rafael, Petaluma, Mill Valley and around Marin can park once and stay put.
